Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, points, and history.
What Will Be Deleted:
- Your account and profile information
- All accumulated loyalty points and balances
- Your transaction and visit history
- Saved preferences and settings
- Access to participating cafes through the app
How to Request Deletion:
Send an email from your registered account email to
team@loyalbean.app with:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your full name as registered in the app
- The email address associated with your account
- Confirmation that you understand this is permanent
What Happens Next:
- Acknowledgment: Confirmation email within 2-3 business days
- Processing Time: Account scheduled for deletion within 30 days
- Immediate Deactivation: Account deactivated upon confirmation
- Final Notification: Email when deletion is complete
Before submitting your deletion request, please ensure you have:

- ✓ Saved any data or information you want to keep
- ✓ Understood that this action is permanent
